 Within India

  • Free Shipping Across India: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within India. We use Shiprocket courier for secure and insured deliveries. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the courier company will typically call you before delivery.

  • Shipping Timeframe: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You can expect delivery within 4 to 7 working days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Potential Delays: Please note that shipping timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays or other disruptions.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. In case of cancellation, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Cash On Delivery: COD is available if the courier company allows it for your specific order. The availability of COD will be confirmed by the courier company. They will also contact you before delivery to ensure you are available to receive the package.

  • Return Policy for India: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 2 days of receipt. Please email the courier receipt to info@udayani.com. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging for a quality check before the refund is processed. Note that only the product cost will be refunded.

  • No Exchange/Return for International Customers: We currently do not offer an exchange or return policy for international orders.

 Internationally

  • Shipping Charges: Nominal shipping fees are applicable based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Free shipping is available during specific festive offers, discount sales, and deals, which will be clearly indicated on the checkout page.

  • International Shipping Timeframe: Orders are processed and shipped within 12-15 business days. Delivery can be expected within 7 to 20 working days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • No Returns/Exchanges for International Orders: Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Partner: International shipping rates vary by country. Our international deliveries are handled by SHIPROCKET. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available for international purchases. If you encounter issues placing an order from your country, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 951299922 or through our contact form.

  • Dispatch Time: International orders may take 5 to 7 working days to dispatch after placing the order.

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges that may arise. If import duties are not paid within 2 days of the shipment's arrival at the destination country, the product may be destroyed/abandoned by customs, and no refund will be issued for the order.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid additional charges for address correction. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Responsibility for Delays: Udayani is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery. Prices do not include shipping charges, which are specified at checkout.
